Accessibility statement

Our standard and how to reach us.

This statement covers gov.closemachine.com and the CloseMachine platform reached from it.

Our standard

We build and test this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Pages use a logical heading order and labeled regions, a skip link to the main content, labeled form fields, text alternatives for meaningful images, color contrast that meets Level AA, and a visible focus outline for keyboard users. Animation stops when your device is set to reduce motion.

How we check

Automated accessibility checks run every time our code changes, and again against the public pages every day. Automated tools do not catch every barrier, so reports from the people using this site matter to us.

Known limitations

The capability statement PDF is a print copy. The capability statement page holds the same information in an accessible format. The signed-in platform has dense data tables and tools that we are still improving for screen reader users.

Report a barrier or ask for another format

If something on this site does not work for you, email hello@closemachine.com. Tell us the page and what got in the way, and how you would like us to reply, including by phone. We will get you the information, or complete your request, another way.
