Our role
How the contract is structured
Where we are eligible and the solicitation permits, ODENWALL, LLC dba CloseMachine holds the contract with the Government and remains accountable for performance. Partners contract with CloseMachine rather than with the agency, so you deal with one company, one scope, and one set of terms. Some requirements call for a different structure; when they do, we say so before either side invests in the pursuit.
